VISION
Today, SIREF is a founding professional network taking its first organised steps: forming its state councils across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry, launching pilot zones in leading cities including Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Bengaluru, Kochi, Hyderabad, Nellore and Vijayawada, and building the digital platform, SIREF Connect, that will bring verified members, opportunities and knowledge onto one collaborative space.
Our direction is simple: grow from a strong founding network into a genuine six state federation, and from a WhatsApp era community into a professionally governed institution South India can call its own.
